Ahmed Morsy, E-Content Development Manager, Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT). I obtained my PhD in Educational Technology, Cairo University (2014), in April 2015 I joined Duisburg Essen University in Germany as visiting scientist. I also worked in as project research consultant at the United Nations University, Bonn, Germany. I am a member in an Expert Group at UNESCO, Paris office (UNESCO-Pearson initiative for literacy – Improved Livelihoods in a Digital World) I am also consultant in another project at the UNESCO (Intangible Cultural Heritage and Education Technology).
I Participated in managing and implementing many prestigious national and international projects (UN, Tempus and Erasmus+).
Since 2008 I work as a part time associate professor at Cairo University and Arab Academy for Science and Technology (Teaching Technology of Education and Multimedia).
